There are many things about Just like Home that make it unique and better than any other boarding facility. We are truly one of a kind. When your dog vacations at Just like Home, their time is theirs to enjoy while you are away. Dogs are free to swim in the pond, play with other dogs, lay under a shade tree, take a hike through the woods, sleep on the couch in the air conditioning or go back to bed and be alone if they want.

We don’t charge any extra for playtime, walking, belly rubs, hugs, one on one time, swimming, lap time, special food requirements or dispensing medication. Your dog will become a part of our family pack while you are away and will be treated to all of the love and attention we lavish on our own dogs—Just like Home! We keep our maximum occupancy at 10 dogs. We feel that taking more dogs compromises the excellent care your pet deserves. All dogs that stay with us must pass our evaluation to ensure that they can get along with everyone. For this reason, we also require that all dogs be spayed or neutered.

Just like Home is owned and operated by Joseph and Scarlett Cmiel and Jessica Gosline. All of us live on the property. The dogs are never left unattended. Our mission is to provide a safe, fun, and happy place for your dog to stay time and time again. We want your dog to come home tired, clean, and better behaved than before you went out of town. We want you to be able to leave your dog with us guilt free, knowing that they will be having just as much fun on their vacation as you are having on yours (if not more)!

Does your dog have a behavior issue that needs attention, such as an inability to walk well on a leash, fear aggression, problems meeting other dogs, or a training need not listed? We can incorporate a behavior transformation package into your dog's boarding experience--stay & train! All on-site training is conducted by Jessica Gosline of Just like MaGic.

BEHAVIOR TRAINING

RESERVATION DEPOSIT & CANCELLATIONS

Reservation Deposit:

All first-time bookings will need to provide a 50% deposit for the stay at the time the booking is accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to the booking start date will receive a 100% refund; cancellations within 7-13 days will receive a 50% refund, cancellations within 2-6 days will receive a 25% refund and those made within 48 hours of the reservation start day/time will forfeit the deposit amount.

Daily Rates:

$45/night for 1 Dog and $20/night for

each additional dog

Weekly Rates:

Stay 7 or more nights and

get the 7th night free!

Monthly Rates:

First-time guests are required to schedule an evaluation at least 14 days in advance of the booking dates. To schedule your pet(s) evaluation to make sure they are a match for our kennel-free experience, contact Jessica at (317) 899-8483. Reservations will not be confirmed until after a successful evaluation.

When you vacation, you get pampered, so why shouldn't your dog get the same.

Baths and nail trims are available upon request for an additional fee. (For full-price guests staying a week or more, a complimentary end-of-stay bath is provided).

No need to drive all of the way to us! After the initial evaluation has been completed, we can do pick ups and drop offs upon request for a nominal fee.

One of our frequent pick up spots is the Indianapolis International Airport.

Just Like Home is just that---Just Like Home! Scarlett, Joe, and Jessica almost take better care of my three beagles than I do at home! They get more attention, care and love here than other places they have stayed.
